Overview

lytIQ Labs operates lytIQ, a construction intelligence platform that connects to a company's Procore account to present financial, operational, and project-management dashboards. This policy explains what data we access, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

Data we access

With your authorization, lytIQ reads project, financial, and project-management data from your Procore account through Procore's official API — for example budgets, prime contracts, commitments, change orders, invoices, RFIs, submittals, inspections, observations, punch items, safety incidents, schedule, and daily logs. We use this data solely to generate dashboards for your organization.

How we protect it

• Procore credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
• Each organization's data is isolated with row-level security; tenants cannot access one another's data.
• Access to dashboards and settings is governed by role-based permissions you control.
• lytIQ reads from Procore to build dashboards and does not modify your Procore records.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your project data with third parties except trusted infrastructure providers (such as our database and hosting vendors) strictly to operate the service, and as required by law.

Your choices

You can disconnect lytIQ from Procore at any time, which stops further data syncs. To request deletion of your organization's data, contact us and we will remove it from our systems.
